3 & 1/4 cups all purpose flour [420 grams]
1/2 tsp salt [3 grams]
3 tbsp butter [45 grams]
*extra egg (for eggwash)

2 tbsp melted butter [30 grams/ml]
1 tbsp condensed milk [15 ml]
