Most people build lives around comfort-chasing and discomfort-dodging.
But that cycle is exhausting.
There’s another way—one that’s simpler, quieter, and actually brings relief.
It starts with learning how to stay with what’s here, just for a little while.
And the way we stay here, and see that it's safe to feel, is by relaxing attention
