STOP FIGHTING PAIN - HERE’S HOW

Here’s a simple shift I use when discomfort shows up:

I let the body — and the pain — be held by the whole moment.
The trees, the sky, the sound of traffic, the space around me.
And I just keep asking: What else is here?

When attention opens like that, the suffering slows.
The thoughts saying “I can’t take this” start to quiet.
And suddenly, even in the middle of discomfort, I can hear birdsong. I can feel presence again.
