The Temporary Work – Creative Worker visa is open to candidates who desire to work in the creative industry in the UK. This pathway permits candidates to come to the UK on a temporary basis and is not for settlement. You can be accompanied by a dependent partner and children under the age of 18.

What Are The Requirements For Creative Worker Visa?

Following are the requirements to qualify for a Creative Worker visa:

● You should have been offered a job as a creative worker;

● Your benefactor bears a valid Temporary Work – Creative Worker sponsor permit;

● You have been provided with a valid Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS);

● You will be paid the salary which fulfils the requirement;

● You are able to sincerely take on the role and do not plan to do any other job;

● You have adequate funds to financially support yourself in the UK;

● Your application does not come under the general grounds for refusal;
