HomeMade Rice Noodle Rolls (Chee Cheung Fun | 猪肠粉)

A plate of home-made chee cheong fun without cheesecloth!
Version 2: Softer!

Ingredients (Can Make 8 rolls)
150g Rice Flour
450ml Water
1 Tbsp tapioca starch or corn starch
1 Tbsp wheat starch
1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
1/3 tsp salt
spring onions
dried shrimp

Sauce:
100ml Hot Water
3 tbsp Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Sugar
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
2~3 Drops of Sesame Oil
1/3 tsp salt
成分（可制8卷）
150克粘米粉
450毫升水
1汤匙木薯淀粉 或 玉米淀粉
1汤匙小麦淀粉
1汤匙植物油
1/3茶匙盐
葱
干虾仁

酱：
100毫升热水
3汤匙酱油
2汤匙糖
1汤匙老抽
2〜3滴芝麻油
1/3茶匙盐
