Ingredients and Measurements:
32 oz container of ricotta cheese (roughly 3 and 3.4 cups)
3 tbsp. unsalted butter or ghee
2 cups full fat milk powder
1.5 cups granulated sugar
2 tsp. ground elychee/cardamom to taste
1 tsp. ground ginger
extra butter or ghee to grease the pan
1 tbsp. sprinkles to put over the barfi
