Particle-particle interactions in a dielectrophoresis
Experimental demonstration of an interparticle (dipole-dipole or perhaps multipole-multipole) interactions in dielectrophoresis-based parallel planar micromanipulations. The colinear microelectrodes should in theory induce just forces perpendiular to the electrodes (vertical in the video) but the particle-particle interactions seem to dominate and introduce another directionality to the forces.
