How to combine Mesh and Model in Fusion 360 - Mesh & BREP Tools, Merge and STL Export

How to import and combine STLs with Solid Geometry in Fusion 360.

In this particular circumstance I combine a STL created outside F360 with BREP (Boundary Representation, AKA Solid) geometry.

The process is now pretty simple although I did make hard work of exporting the job to a new STL, but that's down to spending hundreds of hours in solidworks recently!
