In this video I show you guys what I eat in a day to lose weight. To date I have lost 50+ pounds and I am currently on a 1400 calorie deficit. Meaning, I only consume a total of around 1400 calories a day. My goal for this video is to show you guys some of my quick and easy go to meals that honestly taste so delicious and are prefect for a low calorie diet. I show you guys my go to loaded breakfast plate, a low calorie McDonalds inspired fish-o-fillet burger, and a delicious meat sauce cheesy pasta dish.
