Gratitude is mood and mind altering with no hangover. Seldom do our minds remind us of all we have to be grateful for when we are in a downward mental spiral. The obsession with what's not to our liking must be broken. Break it with gratitude. As soon as you redirect your thoughts, write your gratitude list, shift your perspective you can feel the life giving energy of gratitude level up your energy field. You have more to be grateful for than to worry about. I needed this affirmation today and it worked as it always does. Now I am sharing it with you. Love on you and call gratitude into your being.
