Finding the Ruins of the French Settlement on the Sugar Hill Loop Trail in St. Paul, Virginia. The Sugar Hill Loop Trail is one of the more enjoyable around as it is clean and well-marked. The added bonus of the history of the French Settlement ruins makes it a winner in my book.
