Leica Q2 Back-Button Focusing and Back-Button Light Metering Tutorial

In this video I provide a comprehensive tutorial on how to best use different customisations of the back-button of the Leica Q2 including back-button focusing and back-button light metering which separates the metering from the focusing process on the Leica Q2.

Additional note: If you back-button focused and do not release focus by pushing the back-button again, the focus stays locked for as many frames as you want to shoot with the shutter release button. Once you locked the focus via back-button it stays locked until you release focus by pushing the back-button again. In-between you can shoot as many frames as you want with locked focus. The shutter release button does not release/unlock focus if focus was locked via back-button before.
