False Claim 8: My opponent claims I had a lot of issues with my senior staff

My opponent has claimed that my staff has “turned over twice,” that my office is dysfunctional, and that I have driven senior employees away. This claim is simply not accurate. For that to be true, I would have needed to hire roughly a dozen additional employees over the last three and a half years—which has not happened.

In this video, I explain what the staffing numbers actually show, why the claim is misleading, and how the team currently serving in the Clerk’s Office is strong, stable, and working well together. It’s also worth noting that if my opponent were to take office, he would be working with the very same staff he has described as being in disarray.

My goal is to provide clarity, correct misinformation, and give the public an honest look at how the office truly operates.
