Total Body Sculpt | Mini Band + Dumbbell Workout

Grab your mini band and some dumbbells and let's get burning!

Total Body Sculpt

Circuit 1: Pushups + Dips
Complete 5 reps on each exercise. Rest for 1-minute between rounds. Complete 3 total rounds.

5 - Banded Pushups
5 - Banded Pushup Walk (moving right)
5 - Banded Pushup Walk (moving left)
5 - Dips
Rest for 1-minute, then repeat.

Circuit 2: Leg Complex
Complete 10 reps on each leg exercise. Rest for 1-minute between rounds. Complete 3 total rounds.

10 - Band Squat Jacks
10 - Goblet Squats
10 - Split Squats (right leg forward)
10 - Split Squats (left leg forward)
10 - Goblet Alternating Lunges
