To begin, start with...
1. A few good examples of your grammar point. Really try to bring out the function of what's happening.

2. Elicit the terminology, structure, function, and examples (in that specific order).

3. CCQ throughout the presentation.

It's really that simple. The whole process should take about 7-10 minutes tops.
