This video is for those of you that are looking to rent in Clark County. I get a lot of people that ask me about the best areas in Las Vegas for renting a place to live. I cover Las Vegas, North Las Vegas and Henderson, NV. There are good places to rent all around Southern Nevada, like in Green Valley, Inspirada, Anthem, Silverado Ranch, Southern Highlands, Blue Diamond Road, Mountain's Edge, Spring Valley, Summerlin, Providence, Aliante, along Tropical Parkway, Anne Road, Craig Road, etc.

The west side of Las Vegas (Southwest, Summerlin, Northwest) is generally considered nicer than the east side and northeast (Sunrise Manor).

Henderson is very popular with families because it is known for having good schools with low crime. Henderson has been ranked before as one of the safest cities in the United States of America. It has a strong reputation for being a very family friendly part of Southern Nevada that is great for raising kids.

So whether you're moving to Las Vegas or are already living in Las Vegas, you can rest assured that there are many good neighborhoods in this area where you can rent a nice, affordable apartment, house, town home or condo for a single person or a married couple with small children.
