How To Recap Your Year
This was the last episode of 2020, my friends. I recorded this while outside, so you’ll hear some wind and nature sounds alongside. I take a look at the incredible poem “If” by Rudyard Kipling, facing your relationship to paradox, and some ideas on how to effectively recap and learn from this past (and intense) year. How did you meet the chaos that 2020 brought? Write it down, or better yet, let me know! Happy New Year, everybody.
