The 911 calls made about the missing Oregon woman found by hikers in Big Sur, California have been released. Angela Hernandez, 23, was missing for a week after she drove off a cliff. Chad and Chelsea Moore were walking on the beach below this 200-foot cliff when they came upon a wrecked Jeep. “It looked like there wouldn't have been any survivors,” Chelsea told Inside Edition.
