Collection expressions sees the spread operator in C#

The spread operator comes to C# as part of collection expressions (also known as collection literals). As a new feature in C# 12, it allows you to join collection types together, such as an array, a span and a list.

In-addition, there is a syntax change that reduces the amount of code bloat when declaring a collection type.
