Hooking into Mediator Pipelines

When using the mediator design pattern, you can hook into it's pipeline.

But before we look into that, we remind ourselves of how the mediator design pattern works and some of it's benefits.

By taking the .NET MediatR library, we can see how the pipeline works and how we can use them. In this example, we are going to use the RequestPreProcessor and RequestPostProcessor pipelines.

Finally, a working example is shown in the form of a .NET Core MVC application demonstrating MediatR and it's pipelines in action.
