I am only the film maker here, not the mine owner.
Buying rough opal is generally a face to face event with the purchaser inspecting the goods and then haggling over the price with the miner.
It is difficult to buy rough opal sight unseen.
All I can suggest is that you contact the mine owner via email and see what may be accomplished.
The mine owner may be able to supply you with photographs of rough opal consistent with your requirements, then a PayPal transaction could ensue.
