Reach and Read: Week 4
Join us for Reach & Read, a yoga and book talk series, led by local yoga instructor, Kat Sun. Sessions will include mindful movement, breathing exercises, and guided meditation. Each week will be focused on one of the seven chakras. Suitable for all ages, abilities, and body types. Following the yoga demonstration, there will be a short book talk based on this week's chakra.
