Rosemary Wheat Bread using bread maker for kneading only.

Two delicious soft loaves of Rosemary Wheat Bread, using a bread maker or stand mixer for kneading only.
Step One: Turn on your oven LIGHT.
Step Two: Add all ingredients (see video), into bread maker pan. Place on "dough" setting. Run bread maker for 10-15 minutes until soft smooth dough ball is formed. If dough is too wet and sticking to the side of the pan, add 1-3 tbsp of AP flour. After 15 minutes of kneading, place dough in a lightly greased bowl. Place bowl in oven (with ONLY the light on), and cover with a damp tea towel for dish towel. Close oven door and let it sit for 2 hours or until dough has doubled in size.
Step Three: Remove dough and turn out onto lightly floured surface. Pull and stretch 5 or 6 times, folding it onto itself each time. Form into a ball and cut in quarters. Form each quarter into a round dough ball. Place 2 dough balls in each lightly greased bread pan. Place pans in the oven with only the light on. Cover with towel. Let rise for a second time. Usually 1 hour or less.
Step Four: Gently remove from oven. Place on counter. Turn oven on and set it for 400 degrees. When oven reaches temperature, place bread pans on rack in center of oven. Bake for 25-30 minutes until top is browned. Remove from oven, Place on wire rack and cool for 5 minutes. Remove bread from bread pans and place back on wire rack to cool for 30 minutes.

You should have two soft loaves of slightly warm bread to slice and butter. Mmmm.
