Canning chickpeas FAIL...turning fermented chickpeas into VEGAN CHEESE!!

The other day, you saw me preserve chickpeas by canning them. The first batch of canning chickpeas worked GREAT, but then I made a huge mistake. Watch the video to find out what that is.
