Let's bust vegan myths, shall we. I hope you enjoy the goofy intro in which I eat stereotypical vegan food for a day, but then shed some light on the reality of being vegan. Veganism has no rules or boundaries (well, a few) and vegan food CAN BE SO MUCH FUN!! Don't think vegan food is boring or bland or gross. This video proves otherwise ;)

Let's talk about what vegans actually eat. It can be all across the board! Some vegans do eat stereotyped vegan food while others are junk food vegans. That is the beauty of going vegan for veganuary 2021, we have so many resources that you can eat whatever you want!
