Meet Thiru Kumar @nydosas or you can say dosa-man, whose NY Dosas cart is a staple food of NYC's Washington Square Park. His food cart is listed in 42 countries’ guidebooks, and he has fan clubs in California and Japan. People are willing to wait for 2-3 hours just to have his famous pondicherry dosa. All the food served is vegan and is amazingly tasty.
