Andrew Symonds was born on 9 June 1975 in Birmingham, England. Symonds adoptive parents Ken and Barbara moved to Australia shortly after his adoption, when he was three months old. Of the adopted siblings, Louise Symonds participated in Gladiators.

Andrew Symonds married to his partner Brooke Symonds in 2004. As for reports, both Andrew and Brooke have only been married for a year, in 2005, they divorced. Andrew Symonds has a daughter name Chloe Symonds.
