This Moist and Rich Christmas Pudding is loaded with fruits and flavor.

Dried Fruit Mix 2 cups (350 g) (mincemeat):
Dry Fig, Dates, Raisin, Prune, Candied Orange Peel, Coconuts Chunks (you can use dry fruits of your choice)
Soak dried fruits in 1/4 cup water overnight + 1 tbsp Whisky
You can also use store bought mincemeat.
If you do not have a steamer rack, use a plate or a bowl and turn it upside down.
