Egg Tofu with minced Chicken ● Homemade Recipe [Simple & Easy]
Ingredients:
2 tubes Egg Tofu
2 pcs Chicken tender
(½ teaspoon Salt & ¼ teaspoon pepper) to marinate chicken
6 pcs Shiitake mushroom
1 teaspoon minced garlic and shallot
½ cup water
1 tablespoon Oil
2 eggs
(¼ teaspoon Light Soy Sauce and ¼ teaspoon pepper)

Seasoning:
1/2 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
1/2 tablespoon Light Soy Sauce
1 teaspoon Dark Soy Sauce
½ tablespoon sugar

Sauce thickening:
1 teaspoon Corn starch
2 teaspoons Water

Steps:
Soak Shiitake mushroom for about 1 hour
Trim the stem and cut into small dice
Mince chicken tender and marinate with light soy sauce and pepper

Lightly beat the egg and add salt and pepper
Fried the egg

Cut Egg Tofu into 1.5 cm thick
Deep fried egg tofu until golden brown

Place the fried egg and deep fried egg tofu in a serving plate

Heat the oil and sauté minced garlic and shallot
Add minced chicken and diced mushroom and stir fry for 30 seconds
Add ½ cup water and simmer for 2 minutes
Add seasoning and mix well
Add corn starch mixture until the sauce thicken
Immediately pour the sauce to the deep fried egg tofu
