My Filipino friend Kumar basically knows all the best local tricks here in the Philippines. In this case, he taught me the best way to transport your kite across Cagayan de Oro City (just tie it on your back), and then showed me the best way to make the kite fly!

Yup, on this day in Cagayan de Oro, we headed back to my old home by the river and went kite flying.
