Indian style Ramen |Veg ramen | How to Make Indian Ramen| Easy Spicy Ramen Noodles Recipe

This is One-pot Ramen Noodles Recipe and you can learn how to make an easy vegan chili ramen recipe right at home.
here's a hot comforting soup, different textures, spicy, salty, visually beautiful, and absolutely delicious.
Spice lovers can add extra Sriracha to taste or control the heat with crushed red pepper flakes if desired. The optional jalapeño topping will also add heat for even spicier ramen! I LOVE thinly sliced jalapeños on top of mine!
Vegetarian Ramen is very rare and here I come up with different things hope you like it!

Ingredients for veg ramen recipe:
2 TBSP light sesame oil or Olive oil
1 green capsicum
1 carrot
70 g paneer
1 cup green peas
1 cup sweet corn
1 cup boiled broccoli
1 cup moong sprouts
1 ramen noodles packet
1 kale/ Lettuce or bok choy
3 cloves garlic, smashed and minced
4 scallions, thinly sliced white + greens
1 or 2 glass water or 3-4 cups low-sodium vegetable broth
2 TBSP tomato paste
1-2 TBSP Sriracha or sezwan sauce
1-2 TBSP soy sauce
1/2 ounces uncooked ramen noodles
FRIED GARLIC + CHILI OIL
1 TBSP sesame seeds
1 TBSP crushed red chili flakes
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp red chili sauce
1 tbsp salt
TASTY TOPPING OPTIONS
moong sprouts
green onion
boiled egg (skip for vegan ramen)
chopped green onion and/or cilantro
baby bok choy/ Lettuce
chili garlic sauce
