It was a great Canadian winter day so I headed out to find the next abandoned place to check out. This was an incredible abandoned place and is only visible in the winter months. With all the trees and bushes surrounding the house it would be hard to spot in the summer. Even on Google earth its completely hidden. Down a dead end street way off the road this place is abandoned and forgotten. Just looking at the house from the outside I knew it has been abandoned for a long time. My guess this house was built in the early 1900's. Most of the cars were untouched but some of them had broken windows. I found documents, local newspaper and an old Sears catalogue makes me believe this house was abandoned in the early 1960's for unknown reasons. Vehicles and other junk have been dumped here at a later date.

My father took me to my first abandoned house when I was 7 years old. I remember going into the house and a old farmer came in and told us "we better watch out as the floors are all rotten and unsafe". Ever since that day I was hooked on exploring abandoned places.
