Strength training before cardio is key. 🔑

Unless you’re an endurance/cardio based athlete, that’s the way it should be.

I don’t mind a 5-10 min warmup on a cardio machine before, and actually encourage it.

But if you’re focused on body composition, running 30 mins on the treadmill before weights.

So many people jump right to a cardio machine, and spend way too much time on it.

This results in a very low quality strength workout, as you’ll likely be more fatigued than you should be.
