This man is a living legend in the sports world for his world record breaking numbers in powerlifting, as well as his extensive knowledge and experience he has shared with the fitness industry as a coach.

He trained under the legendary coach Louie Simmons for years at Westside Barbell.

This past weekend we had the privilege to meet @coach_jl and tour his impressive facility!
