@KabukiStrength Lab Experiment - Part B: Improve Strength & Power through a ➕ROM & ➕Training Effect!

@KabukiStrength Head Coach, Kyle Young, and Andrew Harvot, the inventor of The Launch Pad and owner of @AdvancedMuscleMechanics conduct a series of experiments to check range of motion on The Launch Pad. In doing so, they use a tape measure determine the distance from the elbow to the floor and a liner encoder to measure the bar’s range of motion, in millimeters, as it moves from point A to point B.
Kyle and Andrew both experienced considerable improvements in their range of motion (ROM) while using the straight bar and Duffalo bar on The Launch Pad as opposed to a standard flat bench.
* Kyle saw a 2.81" increase in his range of motion while pressing with a straight bar on The Launch Pad, and an incredible 4.14" increase when pressing with The Duffalo Bar on The Launch Pad, compared to his range of motion when pressing with a straight bar on a flat bench.
* Andrew experienced a 1.81" boost in his range of motion when using The Launch Pad for straight bar presses and recorded a 2.36" ROM increase when using The Duffalo Bar on The Launch Pad, compared to his ROM when doing straight bar presses on a flat bench.
Just like in Part A of The @KabukiStrength Lab Experiment, the findings were quite mind-blowing, and the results demonstrate The Launch Pad’s capacity to improve strength & power through an added training effect!
