Tater Tot Casserole 😋🥔🧀

Ingredients
• 2 tsp complete seasoning (or 1 tsp each garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning)
• 2 tsp paprika
• 2 tbsp butter
• 2 tbsp flour
• 1 cup milk
• 2 cups chicken broth
• Frozen veggies of choice (we used ½ bag peas + ½ bag corn)
• 5 strips crispy bacon
• Cooked chicken, chopped or shredded
• ~16 oz frozen tater tots
• 1 cup Shredded cheese

Cook and season chicken. Remove halfway through. In the same pan add butter + flour, then slowly whisk in milk and chicken broth until thick (about 5 min). Add frozen veggies and chicken back in. Top with bacon and tater tots. Bake at 350°F for 15 min, add cheese, then bake 15–20 more minutes until golden.
