Fresh Hot Cross Buns - Home Made, No Mixer
Freshly Baked Hot Cross Buns - Perfect for Easter
This week we will show you the perfect hot cross bun recipe that you can make ahead or on Easter Sunday for breakfast. This recipe is made without mixed peel but we use an orange marmalade glaze to add a citrus flavour.
You can use any dried fruit that you like in these, we usually use only sultanas but currants, raisins or any other dried fruits will work just as well.
