Impatient driver turns on rage

speed limit is 45 mph. an impatient driver decided to tailgate my partner which I noticed in my rearview mirror. I told him to get in front of me to attempt to make the driver back off a bit. when that failed I rev-bombed them and captured their actions on my gopro.
