first on road emergency (flat tire)

was on my way to work running a bit behind and trying to keep my speed steady at fast lane speed. I had noticed my bike was struggling so I opened the throttle up to full which she should've been doing 90+ at full throttle. my exit was coming up so I moved into the middle lane to exit soon. when I hit the bump in getting onto the bridge I felt her getting squirmy and looked down, that's when I realized I got a flat tire. I immediately got to the shoulder and started slowing her down. thankfully I didn't wipe out. I decided to not stop on the bridge as there was limited room there and was able to call for help and got the bike off the interstate. the tire was relatively new as well.
