Поэтому важной задаче й становится защита ее от преступных посягательств путем кодирования, архивирования и установления паролей. Именно российским связистам МВД, которые не только на мировых соревнованиях неоднократно доказывают свой профессионализм в сфере точного обеспечения информацией, но и в повседневной работе, а также вносят вклад в борьбу с преступностью, в дело по поддержанию правопорядка и развитию государства, и посвящен этот профессиональный праздник.
Когда отмечается.
День создания службы связи МВД России празднуется 10 декабря. Приказом и.о. министра МВД РФ от 9 августа 1999 г. № 590 эта дата стала официальной. Документ ратифицировал генерал-полковник В. Рушайло.
Кто празднует.
День создания службы связи МВД России 2024 по традиции отмечают не только связисты, но и все технические специалисты, которые имеют отношение к данному подразделению.
История праздника.
10 декабря 1949 года министром МВД Советского Союза был ратифицирован Приказ № 785 «Об организации комиссии по приемке стационарных сооружений Автоматической телефонной станции МВД СССР». Этот документ стал начальной точкой в процессе формирования службы связи, а день его издания впоследствии был выбран в качестве даты празднования. В течение последующих 50 лет отдельные группы объединялись в подразделения, затем в Центральный узел оперативной связи, позднее – в Главный центр специальной и оперативной связи. И только в 1999 году, принимая во внимание необходимость распространения традиций и опыта, сохранения истории, и был официально учрежден этот день.
