In this video, we see an interview with Daryl Robinson, the First-Prize Winner in the 2012 National Young Artists Competition in Organ Performance, sponsored by the American Guild of Organists, also known as NYACOP. We learn about Mr. Robinson's background, and we hear him in performance of organ classics by J. S. Bach and Franz Liszt. The video was made on March 2, 2013, on the occasion of Mr. Robinson's recording sessions, on the Fisk-Rosales organ in Edythe Bates Old recital hall, in The Shepherd School of Music on the campus of Rice University in Houston, Texas. Mr. Robinson's new CD release, on the Pro Organo label, was a component of the First-Prize award. The title of the CD is SEMPRE ORGANO, and it is available at www.proorgano.com.
