What BPO employees think about Work From Home?

It has been more than 2 months now since the ECQ due to the pandemic and most of our bpo employees and other workers around the globe are still doing the work from home setup.

I interviewed some of these folks and ask them what do they think about #WorkFromHome , Most of them are just around Metro Manila, since some of the companies outside metro are back in their offices.

Advantages & Disadvnatages of Work From Home:

Advantages
1. More Savings
2. Unlimited Resources of food or coffee at home at your reach
3. More time to sleep
4. Less risk of outside world harms / Safety
5. Don't have to get dress everyday
6. No preparation time / Have spare time to do side jobs or part time work.

Disadvantages
1. Risk of Mental Health
2. Risk in Data Privacy
3. Skyrocketing BILL!!!
4. More Workload
5. Distractions (Noise, Family concerns)
6. Temptations of doing other stuff (Social Media)

Watch out for their current setup and is they believe it's sustainable.
