Terah and her boyfriend Michael are new parents, however Michael is an overseas contractor and leaves Terah for months at a time for work. Terah discusses the fears and difficulties of temporary single parenting and being a first time mom. At first Terah was excited about having a few months alone to bond with her newborn. However, she quickly learns how demanding raising a baby alone can be. Michael also learns the pains of long distance parenting and decides to seek employment in the country so he can be together with Terah and Dominic.
