The Air Rescue team are out on a rescue mission to save a man and his dog, stranded on the cliffs. Elsewhere, a young man flipped his quad bike and can't move his neck. The crew are called to a house because a DIY homebuilder has fallen through the roof and suffered a nasty injury.
