Birds of Central Colombia part two: Western slope central Andes and Cocora valley

We stayed for three weeks in Central Colombia and covered the area between Medellin and Pereira. We visited following birding hot spots: Tinamu birding nature reserve ( bird guides: Daniel and Fernando), Termales del Ruiz (unfortunately we could not reach the paramo because of the bad weather), the Cocora valley, the Pereira region, the Tatama National Park ( bird guides: Fernando) and Jardin (bird guides : Guillermo Nagy and dona Lucia). We ended with some urban birding in Medellin and Bogota. We made a series of six short video's according to the different hot spots.
We could succesfully document over 150 species from this area. Since many bird species have a large distribution area while others are confined to some specific locations, in order to avoid overlap, we show most species only once.
Colombia is a beautifull country with proud and very friendly people! We enjoyed our stay.
Identification to the best of our knowledge. For corrections: see comments.
