After Woman Died On Zip Line During Bucket List, See Dangers of The Thrill Ride

The woman who plunged to her death from a zip line in Delaware earlier this week has been identified. Tina Werner, 59, fell 35 feet off a zip line platform at Go Ape, an outdoor facility in Lums Pond State Park. Werner died Wednesday after she lost her footing on the platform and fell. Go Ape said in a statement Thursday: "We are saddened by the events." The park explained that Werner "unfortunately disconnected herself from the safety system." #InsideEdition
