燒餅是一種打破“南米北麵”主食格局的小吃，這種烤製的發麵餅各地都有不同版本。福建很多地方最常見的是光餅，相傳為明朝抗倭名將戚繼光行軍必備的乾糧，又叫“繼光餅”。

The most common one in Fujian is Guan Bing. Legend has it that Guang Bing is Qi Jiguang‘s troop's rations (a Chinese military general known for his leadership in the fight against Japanese pirates).
