European Starling perching in beautiful fall colors , 4k UHD
European Starlings are relatively common to see in New England. These birds have very unique colors and patterns, and are very good for photos.
I spent some time to make this video using 6 best photos I took a few days ago during a rainy day when I saw several European Starlings perching and searching for berries in a short tree with red leaves. I managed to make the video in vertical 4K format (i.e., 2160*3840).
One advantage of making videos using photos is that you get much higher resolution therefore you can see more and clearer details. E.g., with Nikon Z6, you get about 24.5 MP in your image, but the most you can get from each frame of a video (4K) is only about 8.3 MP, so the photo gives about 3 times of resolution compared to each frame of a video with the same camera.
