Grants, salaries not enough for tough times
With fuel prices steadily increasing, times are getting tougher for consumers. A litre of petrol now costs 37 cents more while diesel has dropped by 36 cents per litre. The working class is the hardest hit as the bulk of their pay cheque goes to transport costs.
