Meaning of KEEP IT UP - A Really Short English Lesson with Subtitles

READ ALONG TO IMPROVE YOUR ENGLISH AND TO LEARN THE MEANING OF KEEP IT UP: So in English when we tell someone to "keep it up" it means that we think they should keep doing what they're doing. So you're all learning English and I really think you should keep it up! I know it's hard sometimes. I know some days you think that you should quit. I know some days that you think that you can't do it, but I really think that you should keep it up. It's a long journey. It takes a long time and it's hard but if you don't keep it up, if you quit, you're never going to get to the point where you speak English fluently. So I just really want to give you this word of encouragement. Keep it up! You can do it!
